Allowed Uses
ARKA-AI is designed to help you be more productive. You may use the service for:

- Business productivity tasks
- Creative projects and brainstorming
Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Generating illegal content or facilitating illegal activities
- Creating malware, spam, or phishing content
- Harassment, threats, or abusive content targeting individuals
- Generating misleading information intended to deceive
- Attempting to bypass content safety filters
- Sharing account access or API keys with unauthorized users
- Automated mass content generation for SEO manipulation
- Any activity that violates applicable laws
API Key Responsibilities
Since ARKA-AI uses your own API keys (BYOK), you are responsible for:
- Keep your API keys confidential — don't share them publicly
- Only use keys that belong to you or that you're authorized to use
- Monitor your API usage to detect unauthorized access
- Revoke and replace keys if you suspect they've been compromised
Enforcement
Violations of this policy may result in:
- • Warning and request to stop the prohibited activity
- • Temporary suspension of your account
- • Permanent termination of your account
- • Reporting to appropriate authorities if required by law
We review reports of abuse and take action as appropriate. Repeated or severe violations will result in immediate account termination.
