Setup Instructions

Shopify Setup

1. Go to Connections in ARKA AI
2. Click "Connect" on the Shopify card
3. Enter your Shopify store URL (e.g., mystore.myshopify.com)
4. You'll be redirected to Shopify for authorization
5. Review and accept the permissions
6. You'll be redirected back with Shopify connected

WooCommerce Setup

1. Log into your WordPress admin panel
2. Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API
3. Click "Add key"
4. Enter "ARKA AI" as description
5. Set permissions to Read/Write
6. Click "Generate API key"
7. Copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret
8. In ARKA AI, go to Connections
9. Click "Connect" on WooCommerce card
10. Enter your store URL, Consumer Key, and Consumer Secret

Troubleshooting

Connection Failed

If connection fails:

• Shopify: Verify store URL is correct (include .myshopify.com)
• WooCommerce: Check API keys are correct and have Read/Write permissions
• Ensure your store is active and accessible
• Verify no firewall or security plugin is blocking API access

Product Sync Failed

If products aren't syncing:

• Check that you have permission to edit products
• Verify product data format is correct
• Ensure required fields are populated
• Check for API rate limits

Inventory Not Updating

If inventory levels aren't updating:

• Verify you have inventory management permissions
• Check that products have SKUs assigned
• Ensure inventory tracking is enabled for products
• Reconnect integration to refresh permissions

Security & Privacy

• API credentials are encrypted and stored securely
• We only access data necessary for requested operations
• No payment information is accessed or stored
• You can revoke API access anytime from platform settings
• All requests use HTTPS encryption
