We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with ARKA-AI within the first 7 days of your subscription, we'll refund your payment in full.

We cannot refund charges from OpenAI or OpenRouter. Those are billed directly to you by those providers.
