Learn how to create team workspaces, invite members, manage roles, and handle team billing in ARKA-AI.
Team Plan Required
Team workspaces require a Team or Enterprise plan. Individual Pro accounts can create a team workspace and invite up to 5 members.
Team workspaces allow multiple people to collaborate within ARKA-AI. Each team has shared settings, API keys, and billing while maintaining individual conversations.
API keys, billing, and workspace settings are shared across the team.
Each member's conversations remain private by default.
Owners, admins, and members have different permission levels.
One invoice covers all team usage, with per-user breakdowns available.

Click on your workspace name in the sidebar, then select "Create Team Workspace".
Enter a name for your team workspace. This will be visible to all members.
Select a team plan that fits your needs. You can upgrade later as your team grows.
Start inviting team members via email. They'll receive an invitation to join.
Invite new members to your team workspace via email. They'll receive an invitation link to join.
Go to Settings → Team → Members to see your current team roster.
Click the "Invite Member" button to open the invitation dialog.
Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
Choose their role: Admin (full access) or Member (standard access).
Pending Invites
Invitations expire after 7 days. You can resend or cancel pending invites from the Team → Invites page.
ARKA-AI supports three role levels for team workspaces:
Full control including billing, API keys, team deletion, and ownership transfer. One owner per workspace.
Can manage members, invites, and most settings. Cannot access billing or delete the workspace.
Standard access to chat and tools. Cannot modify team settings or invite new members.
Team billing is handled through a single account. The owner manages payment methods and can view usage breakdowns per member.
Team plans are billed per seat. Add or remove seats as your team changes.
View detailed usage statistics per team member in the billing dashboard.
API usage from team API keys is billed to the team account, not individual members.
Configure your team workspace to match your organization's needs:
Update your team name as needed. This is visible to all members.
Set a default AI model preference for new team members.
Configure team-wide API keys that all members can use.
