Understanding the Report

After an audit completes, you'll see a comprehensive report with the following sections:

Issue Summary

The summary shows total issues found, broken down by severity:

  • High Severity: Critical issues that likely impact rankings. Fix these first.
  • Medium Severity: Important issues that should be addressed soon.
  • Low Severity: Minor improvements and best practices.

Page-by-Page Analysis

For multi-page audits, each analyzed page is listed with its own issues. Click on any page to see detailed findings and recommendations specific to that URL.

Recommendations

Each issue includes a specific recommendation on how to fix it. For example, a "Missing Meta Description" issue will suggest adding a meta description tag and provide guidelines on optimal length.

Export Reports

Agency tier users can export branded PDF reports to share with clients. Reports include your logo, custom colors, and executive summary.

Audit History

All completed audits are saved and accessible from the Audits tab. Compare audits over time to track your progress and ensure issues stay fixed. Each audit record includes:

  • Timestamp of when the audit was run
  • URL and crawl depth settings
  • Total issues found by severity
  • Status (queued, running, completed, failed)

Usage Limits

Audit runs are counted against your monthly limit based on your subscription:

  • Solo: 20 audit runs per month
  • Pro: 75 audit runs per month
  • Agency: 300 audit runs per month

Each audit counts as one run regardless of crawl depth. Your usage resets at the beginning of each billing period.
