Quick Start

Enable the Plugin

Navigate to workspace settings, find Google Content Ops in the plugins list, and click Enable.

Connect Google Account

Click "Connect Google" in the Integrations tab. You'll be redirected to Google to authorize access to Gmail, Drive, Docs, and Sheets.

Configure Settings

Set your preferences for auto-classification, default draft tone, sync intervals, and notification preferences.

Start Using

Your emails will begin syncing immediately. Browse your inbox, analyze Drive files, or create content in Docs and Sheets.

Security & Privacy

Encrypted Storage

OAuth tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage. Your credentials are never stored in plain text.

Minimal Permissions

We request only the permissions needed for each feature. You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings.

Automatic Token Refresh

Tokens are automatically refreshed without requiring you to re-authenticate, ensuring uninterrupted access.

Workspace Isolation

Each workspace has its own connection. Data is isolated and not shared between workspaces or users.

Dashboard Statistics

The plugin dashboard shows key metrics at a glance:
