Overview

ARKA-AI Teams gives your organization a single subscription that covers all team members with Pro-level access. Instead of managing individual subscriptions, one admin handles billing while everyone gets unlimited tools, regenerations, and premium features.

Getting Started

Create Your Organization

Go to Settings → Team and click "Create Team". Enter your organization name and create your team. This uses Clerk for secure organization management.

Start Your Subscription

After creating your organization, you'll be prompted to start a Teams subscription. Choose monthly or yearly billing. The base plan includes 5 seats.

Invite Team Members

Go to Team Settings → Members and invite team members by email. They'll receive an invitation to join your organization. You can assign roles when inviting or change them later.

Start Collaborating

Once members accept their invitations, they automatically get Pro access. Create shared workspaces and start using ARKA-AI together.

Roles & Permissions

Teams uses a role-based access control (RBAC) system with four distinct roles. Roles follow a hierarchy: Owner > Admin > Member > Viewer.

Role Hierarchy

Admins can only change the roles of users with lower roles. An admin cannot promote someone to owner or demote another admin. Only the owner can do that.

Seat Management

Your Teams subscription includes 5 base seats. When you need more, you can add additional seats at $15/month each (or $150/year). Seats are managed automatically as you add or remove team members.

How Seat Billing Works

  • Adding seats: Prorated charges apply immediately
  • Removing seats: No refund, but seat count reduces at next billing cycle
  • At capacity: You must add seats before inviting new members
  • Maximum seats: Up to 100 seats per organization

Already Have Personal Pro?

If you join a Teams organization while having a personal Pro subscription, you'll have redundant coverage. We recommend canceling your personal Pro subscription since your Teams membership already provides the same features.

Safe to Cancel

When you go to cancel your personal Pro subscription, we'll show you if you're covered by a Teams plan. You can safely cancel without losing Pro access.
